Accra, Ghana — May 22, 2025: Vice President Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang has officially returned to Ghana from the United Kingdom following a period of medical leave. Her return marks the conclusion of a medically advised recovery period overseas, during which she underwent treatment and recuperation.

She was received with warmth and honor at the Kotoka International Airport by President John Dramani Mahama, First Lady Lordina Mahama, and a host of dignitaries, including Chief of Staff Julius Debrah, Alex Segbefia, Presiding Bishop of the Methodist Church, and family members.
