In a candid new vlog, Rachel Bailey, 32, and her husband Alexander, reflect on the viral moment that shocked millions — Rachel breastfeeding her husband while also nursing their children. Their story gained worldwide attention when it aired on the show “My Strange Addiction,” where they opened up about the practice that began in 2016 and ended in 2023.

Initially, Rachel explained that the breastfeeding started when she forgot her pump during a cruise vacation. Suffering from painful engorgement, Alexander offered to help, and the couple said the experience sparked an unexpected emotional connection.

“It created a more special bond between us which we never would have had if we didn’t start this,” Rachel once explained.

The couple revisited the episode for the first time together in a recent vlog, with Alexander visibly uncomfortable and Rachel calling it ‘cringe’ multiple times. Though they laughed and joked while watching, they admitted the footage was hard to sit through.

“It’s unreal. It’s like it didn’t happen, but it happened. It’s just wild,” said Alexander, describing the experience as “out-of-body.”

Rachel, too, struggled to watch certain parts, especially the scenes showing her husband drinking breast milk.

Despite the public backlash and curiosity, Rachel and Alexander stood firm in their decision at the time, insisting it was not sexual but about intimacy and connection. Rachel also claimed that Alexander became healthier, didn’t catch colds, and had noticeably better skin while drinking her milk.

However, since stopping the practice after their youngest was weaned, they say things feel “distant” from that time — not shameful, but surreal.

“We couldn’t even finish watching it. Maybe years from now,” Rachel confessed.
“Nobody talks about it anymore, which is fine,” Alexander added. “It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.”

The couple now focus on raising their children and creating content, but their story remains a reminder of how the internet can amplify intimate choices and turn them into viral phenomena overnight.
