Ghanaian businessman and politician Nana Kwame Bediako, also known as Cheddar, has honored one of his longtime employees, Mr. James Lawson, for his unwavering dedication and service.

At a special workplace get-together held inside a conference hall, Nana Kwame Bediako expressed appreciation for Mr. Lawson’s contributions, presenting him with a GH₵15,000 cheque and a celebratory cake in recognition of his hard work.

In a video shared by CDR Ghana, the New Force Movement leader delivered an inspirational speech, emphasizing the value of hard work and perseverance. He shared how he started his business from scratch, acknowledging Mr. Lawson’s role in the company’s success.

The moment Mr. Lawson received the GH₵15,000 cheque was met with loud applause from colleagues, who witnessed the touching tribute to his long-standing service.

Overcome with emotion, Mr. Lawson expressed deep gratitude to Nana Kwame Bediako, reminiscing about their journey together and the challenges they overcame to build a thriving business.

Nana Kwame Bediako is the founder and chairman of the Kwarleyz Group, a company specializing in real estate, finance, and property management across West Africa. He is also the visionary behind Wonda World Estate and the proposed Petronia City, a large-scale urban development project.

Beyond business, Nana Kwame Bediako has demonstrated philanthropic commitment through his New Africa Foundation, which provides medical, nutritional, and educational support to underprivileged children.

Earlier this year, he visited the Kantamanto Market on January 3, 2025, after a devastating fire destroyed shops and goods. As part of his relief efforts, he donated GH₵50,000 to assist traders in rebuilding their businesses.
